“I would have given y’all a 10/5, loved the service, but now I’ve had two orders from y’all not arrive at my house and I’m out of birth control pills which is really going to mess with my system. I haven’t gotten my order in multiple months. That’s not okay.”

“Was fine and then all of a sudden my rx was canceled and they stopped taking insurance. I attempted to sign up again and have the meds sent to a local pharmacy so I could use my insurance, and they just...didn't do that, and canceled my prescription again.”

“I used Simple Health for about a year now, and for a while I had a problem with my birth control affecting my bladder. I contacted the team and they were able to sort things out quickly and assign a pill that better suited my needs! Dr. Meredith Beeler is a blessing”

“Never received birth control pills when paid and ordered and said it was delivered. Had to reorder and drop another $60 to order new ones. So I’m cancelling my prescription and trying some place else”

“10/10 I love simple health. It makes getting contraception easy & affordable. I’m very thankful for this service and highly recommend it. This service should NOT replace your doubting gyno appts but it does provide affordable brith control & other contraception methods.”

“I love Simple Health. They have made obtaining my birth control pills so easy. Any questions I might have, they are swift to respond. The customer service reps and the physicians there are all awesome when answering my questions or concerns. They have recommended different types of pills to fit my needs and concerns. I love that they also offer other items, such as probiotics which they mail to me every month, and other items, such as multivitamins and condoms. I would like to see them add lubricants, especially for peri and menopausal women like me. They have everything but that when it comes to women's health. They do have excellent information in their blogs, etc. I 100% recommend it to those with or without insurance.”

“I’m so sad the price of my prescription doubled. And as someone short on funds it’s hard being charged for three months at one time. When they changed by birth control because it was no longer available I used to be charged a little each month and I didn’t opt in to buying three months worth at once. That took a blow to my budget. The positives are that it’s very easy access and I always have ample.”

“Love that it’s delivered directly to my door. Been using this device for over a year now. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they took away the option to use insurance. Looking for a new service unfortunately because insurance covers my birth control, why would I pay $80 out of pocket every 3 months?”

“While it worked great in a pinch since I was without insurance for a few months. It made it easy to get BC without paying alot. But once I had insurance I found out that my insurance wasnt accepted through simple health and if I wanted to keep using the service I would have to pay out of pocket still. So I might as well go to a dr around my area. As far as the birth control goes. The first 3 months were fine. However the next round of 3 month supply I got were a different brand to the first because they were the cheaper option. For some reason with this brand my face started breaking out everywhere. Didnt do that before. So maybe cheaper isnt always better. In the long run now that I have insurance and since simple health wont take it and the last few packs have been making my skin break out. Im choosing to go back to my local Dr who will take my insurance and I can get free birth control again that won't make my skin break out.”

“They charged my card $60.00 without my permission. They sent an email saying I had 24 hours to respond to prevent the charge. I did not see the email in time to oppose the charge as a loved one had just passed away.”
