“I love Simple Health because they are just that ... Simple. Health. My 'brick & mortar' doctor created an issue, SH said, 'no problem.' The post office completely fouled up delivery, SH said, 'let's fix it.' 10/10 Highly recommend.”

“It is convenient & easy to get my birth control through this website with no doctor but the pricing is outrageous. $120 for only 6 months? Not happy about that but in America health care is only for the rich.”

“I have had no issues until recently. My last pill pack I received was empty, no pills in it. Customer service never got back to me. The next order never arrived. Customer service still hasn’t gotten back to me. Not sure what’s going on there but I signed up to make getting my birth co trip more convenient and this has been anything but.”

“Refrigerated birth control (nuvaring) arrived warm every month. my OB verified that my daily dosage was being administered incorrectly due to this. When I brought up this concern, SimpleHealth just cancelled my prescription without notice. Don’t get care here!”

“For some reason my prescription was randomly changed to another type of birth control this past month and I was nonstop puking and experiencing really bad migraines. I was taking Sprintec for a year or so and all of the sudden was sent Lupin. I did not appreciate the fact that there was no notice about this change and I will be cancelling my subscription with SimpleHealth.”

“I absolutely love simple health for its affordability and convenience! However, I’m only giving four out of five stars, because I did ask a question about something to balance my hormones whenever I ordered my prescription, and that question was completely ignored and never answered. Why have a “note to your doctor” section if they are going to ignore that section.”
