“there is only 1 way to contact customer support and since it's through email you don't get the one on one response that will actually help. my insurance had been taken off for some reason so I was getting charged the full amount. and when I asked for help to reapply it I was just sent an email with a link to the page. I had already gone up and down looking all over the site and so to no avail was anything helpful.”

“The birth control I was prescribed worked well up till 2 and a half months ago when it failed I never missed a day taking it. I've had this problem before but thought it was fine till I didn't get my period and found out I'm pregnant again”
