Usually very easy to work with. My last order they sent me the wrong BC. When I contacted them they took days to reply. Then didn’t get the correct BC sent out and I was without it for two weeks. Unsure if I will be ordering from them again

I think it takes too long for a response and their communication isn’t super clear. They did deliver my birth control which was what I needed

My order was canceled without me being informed. I was sent a message about a change and I responded within 30 minutes. I never heard anything back. Checked my dashboard online after never receiving my refill and I saw my subscription was canceled. No email or text was sent informing me that it had been canceled. So, it’s been almost 2 months now and I’ve heard nothing.

I originally had a great experience but when it came time for my prescription to renew it was a nightmare. At first my refill processed but then it was cancelled because I was due for a renewal. It took forever to get the Dr's response and then my insurance was processed incorrectly so then I had to wait again for that to be fixed. During all of that I ran out of my current prescription and all I wanted to do was get the exact same prescription that I was getting previously. It was an extremely frustrating process.

My package got lost at Usps and there’s little assistance in those instances besides just paying out of pocket, but other than that it’s been good.

Been on the birthcontrol for almost a month now, its good and great priced for birthcontrol which is nice, also its great getting it sent in the mail instead of going to a doctors office. The only down fall I have it so far is that I messaged the support team a question and still haven't heard back from them, or heard from the doctors.

When I was making my request for prescription I made sure I said I didn’t want my period, and while I was on the white pills I started my period, so do I have to take the white pills every month?

The premise is great, getting bc couldn't be easier. But the communication isn't the best. My prescription has been changed every single shipment - every one! - without any communication as to why, or even that I should expect something new at all. I had a terrible reaction to the most recent shipment, and it's been over a week since I first contacted support and still have no resolution. A dr did respond within the first few days, but basically said "suck it up, it's fine" to the symptoms I had been experiencing for the entire first full week on the new prescription - extreme nausea, shortness of breath, pressure in my chest. I decided to discontinue taking it and instantly all those symptoms vanished. So yeah, there are a couple of things I'm not thrilled about and this last issue really has me second guessing whether this model is such a great idea.

This was my first time using birth control, and I hope my body is just still adjusting, because I am not a fan of it at all. I'm only one month in, but the side effects are not ok. Before birth control, my period was every 30 days for 4 days consistently, and I would have mediocre cramps or aches for 2 days max. So, far my prescription has lengthened my period from the normal 4 days to 8 days, given me cramps for 12 days, which started before my actual period and increased in the pain significantly once my period started. So much so that Midol is not subsiding the pain. Plus, it started my period 10 days late. However, the doctor is very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. Everything is virtual, which makes it super convenient. I will be trying a new prescription after the third month if these side affects remain, and it is very easy to change.

Great response but I’ve been doing it for 2 months and I’ve received 2 different types of birth control which I wasn’t expecting which is very disappointing

It seems to be working so far but after a week of taking my birth control I’ve been having a period for almost 4 weeks now.. I don’t like being on my period for this long.

Never received. Looks like it was sent back, I think the wrong apartment # the as put in at first. I corrected it on my profile but completely understand if it did not update on my shipping.
