“i really liked simple health originally, until my insurance changed and i guess their policy did too. they wouldn't let me update my insurance and then i had to start paying $15.00 every month- which isn't a lot, but it's just the concept of it. i've since switch to another birth control provider where my insurance fully covers it.”

“Having SimpleHealth has been such a relief - I have moved a lot in the last few years, and it's such a pain scheduling an appt just to continue receiving my birth control (which i've been on for 15 years ). It would get stressful because during COVID and even still now it sometimes takes 2 months to get an appt and there woulde be a lapse in my perscriptions so SimpleHealth has made it much more stress free”

“Good services and speedy delivery. However, seems to lose it competitive position (as an affordable service) after almost 3x price raise. Now it's just like any other birth control service out there. But still pretty good and reliable.”

“Service is straightforward. But their delivery time is unclear. If you select an item to be delivered, it is only processed on that day which takes 24-48 hours. And then another 3 days for delivery via USPS. Also delayed due to holiday; no mail is delivered on USPS holidays.”

“used to take my insurance and my borthcontrol was free but now you dont. will have to cancel when subscription runs out. it should include both options. i shouldn’t be penalized for having insurance”
