“The service is great in itself, but they charged me $150 twice in 2 months. Seems like an oversight that they’re sending me multiple months worth of medication 2 separate times in such a short span; I didn’t request them to be sent back to back like that. They also don’t respond to inquiries very quickly.”

“I liked the turnaround when I first registered for birth control, and liked the promise of quarterly resupply. However, the singular package I received contained one (1) blister pack. That's enough for one month, maybe two if taken every other day... which does not help at all for cycle management. And there is no way for me to alter the order to monthly shipments or ensure that all three blister packs and the one requested emergency contraception. Please fix this.”

“I turned to simple health for my birth control needs in june of 2022. I was excited to try a health provider that worked with my Medicare an didn't require an appointment. I was metcwith many frustrations however. They claimed to except my insurance an then after processing was able to get mega 2nd choice option. I recieved my order but upon processing for my 2nd shipment they claimed I needed precauthorization from my insurance. I've over 10 yrs with planned parenthood for same birth control 🙃 so I will be returning to their services instead.”

“Simple Health is very easy and affordable to use. I didn’t want to have to fit in and pay for a doctor’s appointment just to be put on birth control and then have to go pick it up from the pharmacy. Simple Health renewed my prescription on time every time and even moves it up a little because I was paranoid about not getting it in time.”
