“My last birth control order was delivered to my previous address even though I changed it beforehand. Luckily I was still able to go get it. Also the box was way bigger than it needed to be because it included a bunch of ice packs when it really only needed a couple.”

“Things have been smooth thus far. I appreciate the convenience. I do wish prescriptions were sent in a more proactive manner however this may be a limitation of the insurance billing perimeters. To clarify, I’d need to start my pills on Monday but might not get them until Tuesday. It’s not life or death just disheartening when you have a trip or such planned & trying to stay on a schedule. Otherwise, everything’s been lovely.”
