“They love to take your money. They didnt send a text just an email to an email that i rarely check about auto renewing. They charged me and sent the pills to an old address i havent even lived in for months. They refuse to give me a refund even though i never even received the pills and only offer to send me new ones when i no longer need them since my doctor put me on other medications. How can you not refund me? They just want your money, avoid”

“Since I first found Simple Health through a google search, I have been absolutely satisfied! I was able to buy my pills without insurance and it's extremely affordable! After my first prescription didn't quite do what I needed...another pill was given to me and it's been wonderful!”

“Simple Health is a godsend! Fast, efficient and makes me feel secure. I've been on birth control for 8 years for severe pain and this is my first time getting it online. It's such a relief to not miss days or weeks of the pill, or have to go in for an appointment before I can get my meds. Thank you so much and keep it up.”

“This is a great service saves time and fuel. Come right to the mailbox. Only time I had any issue was the US Postal Service sending my package all over New England. It did arrive in time but tracking was head scratching. I really enjoy this service it’s free as my insurance pays the full price. I fully recommend.”

“Unfortunately Simple Health did not fill my prescription as they said they did. As the time approached for me to start my new prescription I didn’t have my pills. There is no communication via phone whatsoever. You need to email and wait 24-48 hours for a response. When Simple Health discovered their mistake they did nothing to expedite my prescription. They said they were only able to mail via the USPS. I had to start my pills 10 days late.”

“The service was great, and I really appreciate what SimpleHealth does for people. One suggestion I have is to make things a little less gendered. Instead of saying something like "healthcare for women" something more along the lines of "healthcare for women and anyone else who uses birth control" would be more inclusive. I know several trans people who use birth control who do not identify as women. As a trans-non-binary person, I always appreciate it when healthcare providers are inclusive towards all their customers. It makes the experience more comfortable for everyone.”
