“Start taking insurance again….”

“The process to sign up was simple, but getting ahold of customer service was a nightmare. The text says you can just reply to it if you had questions, but they usually ghosted me. It was extremely difficult to change anything on my account for that reason.”

“I was really unsatisfied, I wrote back and told simple health I never received my 2nd order of birth control. They told me the only thing they can do is send me another one after another deposit… why would I do that if didn’t even get my 2nd order in the first place…”

“I believe the system is great. Fast service. Got me what I needed and everything. But then I was also lied to. I had questions about starting birth control, and was told it would NOT make my period worse. Which yes I guess it didn't make it worse. But instead has now made me bleed for several more days past my usually very very regular period.”

“SimpleHealth is living up to its name! Love how easy they make it for me to access my birth control instead of always having to go in every three months to my OBGYN just to get another refill.
