“Don’t recommend. Didn’t receive pills and delivery never updated they just marked it delivered even though they never sent it. Don’t recommend have to block this from my cc cause they won’t delete my account.”

“Simple Health worked fine until I ran into the slightest hang up with my insurance. At that point, I found customer service to be pretty unhelpful. When I messaged for support, each message was not responded to until days later, and there was no phone line available to call. Insurance can be complex and frustrating and I believe that if a company is going to claim to provide low-cost healthcare (ie birth control), they need to commit to being responsive and supportive of their customers and advocate for their care.”

“I want to start by saying Thank You Simple Health for making my hectic life just a little easier to handle..what an amazingly easy process to get the prescription that I needed and continue to receive every 3 months! I don't have insurance and I am blown away by how inexpensive my pills are!! And free shipping! I highly recommend Simple Health!”

“This service made life way easier! Saves time spent going to the doctors office, sitting in the waiting room, and then waiting. Not only do you just go through a short survey, but you can message the doctor and ask questions anytime. So you don’t have to wait for your next appointment to ask questions. And the prescriptions get sent right to you.”
