“The ease of this service is amazing! I move constantly and this is something I don’t have to worry about anymore. No more finding a new doctor, waiting months to be seen and saying the same things that are already on my charts.”

“The staff was very easy and accessible to talk to, didn't feel like they were wasting my time just to collect a consultation fee like some other online birth control options, and I haven't been spammed with endless emails and promos since signing up and using the service. Over all I've only been using them for a couple months now and have a long acting birth control but I'm happy with the service provided.”

“Waited until after my refill was due to be shipped and charged me for it, then canceled my order and told me I now suddenly needed to renew my RX. This company did not process my refill in a timely manner, causing me to be without medication for over a month. Once finally processed, they sent me the incorrect medication not once, but TWO different times in a row. Customer service is very unorganized and does not know what they are doing properly, which is alarming as they deal with medication. With all that is going on in the country currently, this is not the time to be making such critical errors. 0/10 - I absolutely would not recommend.”

“I was not sent the correct prescription amount with my first shipment (sent 1 month instead of 3). Trying to get this resolved in a short amount of time has been frustrating. I emailed, but got a response that it could take up to 5 business days for a response. That email also said to text the number back that confirmed my shipment for a faster response. It’s now been two days since I texted and no response there either.”

“Love it! I never have to worry about refilling it, always receive it before I'm completely out. I had a few issues with the last birth control I was on and when I talked to one of the doctors it was very easy and simple, they changed the birth control I was on and I love it!”
