“Very little communication. I'm pretty sure my prescription was changed and I didn't get a warning. I've experienced adverse side effects all of the sudden and have no way to point to a change in my order looking at my account history on Simplehealth.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service. When my package was delivered, I was on vacation, and my pills sat in a hot mailbox for a few days, leaving them unreliable. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new prescription free of charge in less than a week. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“No response to questions for days no clear updates… horrible service took weeks to get one step ahead. I want my email and card info to get deleted from your system as I don’t want to use this simple health ( not so simple!) again but I’m still getting notifications”
