“Had an absolutely wonderful experience with SML. I had to move very quickly around the holidays. I was moving out of state but couldn’t spend a ton of money on full movers so I decided to rent a Penske truck and used SML to hire movers to load and unload my truck in 2 different locations- it was the BEST decision I ever made. Both moving crews were fabulous! I moved out of a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator and the movers handled it like a pro and had the truck loaded in an hour and 15 minutes- I couldn’t believe it. Things went just as great on the other end and the movers who unloaded my truck were friendly, professional, and efficient. Such an amazing experience!”

“Phil is a good worker, doesn’t waste time. Bob on the other hand uses any excuse to stop and stand around, I even told him he needed to keep working and move faster cause I had a 4 hr drive after that. My job should have been under 2 hrs but went longer because of that. He also had me sign and initial prior to job completion which is kind of shady and then he didn’t tell me the charges or give me a receipt.”

“The loading crew were the Tetris masters, though it took a bit longer than expected. The unload guys were fast and efficient. Overall, very happy with both crews and the overall experience.”
