“Terrible experience! Sent me two movers and one could barely walk. They forgot their tools so it took them an hour to take my bed apart. I was charged an extra hour due to them not arriving with the proper equipment. They didn't even have the first piece of furniture (a nightstand) loaded until 25 minutes after they arrived! They did not use any of the moving blankets, tie downs, or wrap that I provided, so all of my furniture was scratched when it arrived. Never again. Craigslist movers seem to be the way to go!”

“Movers were very punctual and loaded the truck efficiently. Things were not stacked in the greatest fashion (heavy items were sometimes loaded on lighter items) but nothing broke. Great company.”

“The two gentlemen very professional and polite. They asked questions if they had any and answered ours when we had some . They were careful with our items. They had great personalities too! We would recommend them to anyone!”

“Movers arrived over an hour late and only two instead of three. That being said, they were both courteous, efficient, and packed the truck well. They were also mindful of the walls and doors when moving the furniture.”

“The team worked quickly which we appreciated. my only complaint is they did a number on our walls. The apartment was pristine when we got there but after the movers left there were several scratches on the wall where furniture had been moved through. The first box they brought in had a curtain rod in it that they immediately scratched the wall with. I can't stress how much we appreciate how quickly they worked, I just wished they'd been a little more careful.”

“I was extremely pleased with SML. They always answered my calls, they rearranged the crew's schedule to fit with mine, they loaded and unloaded the truck very well, and they were all very pleasant as well. I will suggest SML to anyone I know that will be moving.”

“We rented our own moving truck and got a flat tire. Waiting for assistance, we missed our appointment window. SML helped us beyond normal hours and we were able to settle in to our new house just 3 days before Christmas! The movers were very professional, extremely courteous, and unloaded quickly (a 16' storage unit and a 26' truck in two hours)! Thanks again!”

“Used you multiple times. Used to be guys took more care in packing and organizing truck/storage. Not so much anymore. Also, offered to assemble items. Not offered these times.”
