“Update: After my poor experience, Simple Moving Labor reached out to me immediately and made a great effort to find a solution. We came to an agreement and even though my losses cannot be fully recovered, I would now recommend SML because they were truly remorse for not being able to provide the service they said they strive to achieve. Most companies today don't care if they lose a customer so it's refreshing to find one that does and follows it up with action. I would never recommend this company to help someone move and I sell new construction so I have plenty of opportunities too. My things were so poorly packed into the moving truck that several items were scratched, two desks and a bookshelf were broken and had to be taken to a local dump. My DVD player and a custom made tomahawk were among other loose items the movers were taking to the truck, have disappeared along with who knows what else I may have had. I was so tired and frustrated unloading the truck I didn't even bother to take pictures of my stuff and how poorly it was packed. I just figured that never using you or steering anyone to your company ever again would be better than going through the hassle of trying to recoup my losses. Sincerely, John Harris”

“SML helped me on both ends of an apartment move from Houston to Kansas City. Each of the two teams who helped showed up just a little early. They worked diligently throughout. They were helpful and friendly. SML checked in to make sure that the teams had arrived and then later that everything was going well. The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend SML.”

“One guy was using his ell phone. He later apologized stating 'family matters'. Boxes labeled 'fragile' had other boxes on top of them. Some boxes were on side.”

“The 2 gentleman , Edwin & Rafael, who loaded the Penske rental truck for us arrived promptly. They worked very hard the whole time and didn't take any breaks. They worked as a team & were Professional, energetic & organized. They were very careful with the fragile household items & did an excellent job packing the truck safely. I would give them both the highest possible recommendation. Thank you for the excellent service they provide! You should be proud to have them on your staff, they represent your business very well.”
