“My two movers were prompt, super-friendly, and very proud of how fast they could unload. They took plenty of pics to prove it! I was very happy and we finished the job together in well less than two hours. I may be in need of moving Services again in the near future and would love to have the same crew.”

“Our movers through SML showed up two hours early, which I suppose was more inconvenient for them than it was for us, but it did put a lot of additional undue pressure on an already stressful day. The movers were fast and got the job done, though they also seemed uninterested in working with us on which items should go out to the truck in which order (which when you don't have excess room in the truck and it is raining and you don't want to leave furniture or boxes outside is important).”

“Two workers arrived at 9:30am (at the end of the one hour window time) But were pleasant, efficient and all my belongs arrived intact upon arrival in Florida. I was pleased with the work and would recommend your company”

“Our movers offered to come early, alerted us by text, and were waiting when we arrived at our new home. The entire load-out of a 15' truck only took an hour, despite the occasional pouring rain. They stayed to help us put our bed together. Only downside is having a 2-hour minimum when the job is so much shorter. Otherwise, all positive!”

“EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! The gentlemen that helped me unload my moving truck were incredible. This is my first time using movers but the crew was fantastic. The guys were prompt and professional. They showed up at the very beginning of my time slot, they were understanding as we dealt with some minor elevator logistical challenges and they were extremely efficient. They worked extremely hard to make sure we stayed under our 2-hour time frame, they were conscious of my time and the financial implications if they went over. No broken items and no complaints. I will absolutely use SML in the future because of the standard they have set.”

“It was worth the money but the first crew was very rushed and didn't really want to listen to what we recommended on how they load things and because of that we couldn't fit a lot of things in our moving van but I think we could have fit in hindsight”

“I like dealing with one contact to pack at one address and unload at the new address. Some items were marred while loading the truck and the team to unpack were an hour and half late but they unloaded the truck in 2 hours.”

“They didn't listen to all our suggestions (such as to remove drawers from heavy furniture before picking them up) and as a result dropped my dresser which cracked the dresser and dented the wood floor. That said, they were helpful and efficient at packing the van.”
