“We must’ve been super lucky or your teams are super excellent. The 3 man crew in Dallas got our 2 story house loaded in a 26 foot van in 2 hours. We loaded the light stuff and tried to have everything unscrewed and ready to go before they arrived. Monte was a great crew chief and very professional. The banter among the guys was delightful and made the day so much less stressful. On the other end, in Longview, the guys were a few years more mature but every bit as effective. They were great about me changing my mind about which room some furniture should be in. They quickly unloaded so there was time to shuffle a few pieces. Brandon was a great crew chief as well and very knowledgeable of how to best carry heavy items safely. Overall such a better experience than I imagined it could have been. Very hard workers. Kudos to both teams.”

“A little trouble with scheduling and some specifics of the move. Had to go beyond initial agent to supervisor. Movers at the site were excellent and followed all site instructions given to them.”

“The three guys that came out where very nice and worked hard and fast. They loaded the truck and made it look easy. In only took them two hours to move all of our stuff and get it loaded properly into the truck and tied down. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.”

“This was simply an AWESOME experience! I never knew there was a service like this to help - you can have them load, or unload your Truck or even perform the full move! The Moving Crew was professional, friendly and they performed the unloading of 3 Storage Units into the Truck in the most careful and amazing way! They utilized the space in the Truck so perfectly that they almost got all of 3 10x10 Storage Units into a 26" Truck! Nothing broken, nothing harmed - we stood in awe watching them load an pack like poetry in motion! DEFINITELY will use again and MOST DEFINITELY recommend!!!”

“The only reason they got good instead of very good was because they took so long. They were amazing packers but I had to carry all the boxes and bins downstairs or they would have been another 2 hours. The unloaded and set up 4 months ago took 2 hrs and they had more stuff to move. Plus my original crew didn't show up in the morning which set me a day behind because I missed the people to hook up my car carrier to the van. It wasn't the fault of the 2 guys at my house but I'm not sure I'll use SML in a couple months when we move again.”

“The loading crew in Louisiana did a horrible job loading the truck. The didn't wrap any of the furniture in blankets or tie anything down resulting in damage to the leather on my couch, surface of my washer and dryer. They also packed boxes of books on top of antique dishes.”

“Movers were very nice and packed things utilizing maximum space but failed to insure all air space was filled. Empty draws in deal, nothing in small frig and space left under the desk. Even though I asked them twice to utilize these spaces.”
