“The movers showed up 1.5 hours late. I paid for 3 hours and only 2 showed up. My family had to help load everything since we were meeting a second set of movers in Louisville and I didn’t want to pay them for waiting on us. My dad is 74 and shouldn’t have to help move furniture just because the movers were late. A lot of my furniture was damaged because of the way it was loaded on the truck. When I called to complain, management offered me a $25 credit. Horrible experience and I will never use this company again or recommend them. I will also be writing a review on yelp and anywhere else I can about them.”
