We apologize, we were running late due to vehicle issues. You asked us to cancel only 30 minutes after the arrival window. Our movers were almost to your location at this time, but you said your truck was already half way unloaded and asked us to cancel. We provided you a discount for a future move.

“Both Gentlemen were very respectful of my items and worked quickly to unload the truck. They were great when I changed my mind about location of one piece of furniture to get it to fit in the room.”

“They damaged my refrigerator, never moved it inside and it took moving it and getting a repairman out to fix the electrical problem they caused and estimate the damage done on all 3 doors. I would like to work something out before I have to get legal help to recoup my losses.”

“The last three men who unloaded our truck were exceptional. They worked from the time they got here until they finished. We would give them an A++. They deserve a Very Good rating! The men who loaded our truck in Tennessee all three wreaked of BO and we could hardly breath around them. They also stood around and watch the others move and load things. I would give them an D--.”

“Crew that loaded truck rushed and did a horrible job loading truck. They assumed they where finished and sat in the car. I let them know we had more stuff after they wasted 20 mins they said it would cost me an extra hour. Unload crew even commented on poor loading job. They damaged our floor and tried to not let us know. Will never use your services again.”

“Company forgot to send my info to the movers, so they were an hour late and missed the only time it was dry all day. All my stuff got wet and it was not a fun afternoon. I signed paperwork at 11am and was told the team would be there at 230pm. Why didn't the paperwork get to the guys until AFTER I called to find out why they were late?”

“I scheduled Simple Moving Labor for help unloading my truck on Saturday, Oct. 13. The service was scheduled online on Monday, Oct. 8. The two person team was set to arrive between 9-10 a.m. When no one showed up by 10 a.m., I called Simply Moving Labor. They said they would try to reach my two-week team and get back to me. After several more calls between 10:30 and 12:30, with no one showing up and your national phone reps unable to get a hold of my labor crew. I then cancelled my service request and unloaded the truck with some family help. I was very unhappy with the disregard of your labor team, and not too pleased with the response of your national office. My deposit was refunded on Tuesday, Oct. 16”

“My husband was at the house when the movers arrived. He said the movers were courteous and efficient. They completed the task of removing our household belongings from a 22ft. truck under the allotted time. Hopefully we won’t be moving again soon, but if the need arises I will call them again!”
