I have paid for my items but not received them as Simply Be did not post out my items to my address and now the evri delivery driver attempted to collect it from this random address but would not because there’s no bar code to scan.

Paid for next day delivery only for the order to be sent to an incorrect address. When requested a new order be sent to correct their mistake, they wanted me to pay for the order a second time. Terrible customer service, no resolution to their mistake.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
Shambolic mess up which has waisted 2 weeks of my time, money and effort. Customer service is an absolute joke, I wish I had read these reviews earlier.
My complaint is still not resolved as I am still waiting for my refund and £5.99 for express delivery for an item I ordered 2 weeks ago. As for an apology I was offered 10% off my next order, what an insult! Simply sh!t

Took my money then kept delaying delivery. Absolute joke of a company. Expecting customers to wait 3 months from order date is unacceptable, esp when they are quick enough to take payment

The products are good… the delivery service is ok… tried to set up a DD on line wasn’t working so called to make a payment . Waited 10 minutes for someone to take payment, waited another 22 minutes to set up DD to be told they had put me through to wrong department , waited and waited no one answered .. disgraceful service
”
