Ordered 4 items. Paid issuing a 20% code. Chose for it to be delivered to a local drop off point offered by them. A week passes, no parcel. Waited for nearly an hour for their chat to get to me. They say I refused the parcel. How could I when it was a drop off point? The only option is for a refund, at some point, after they investigate. No items, no money… and the items I wanted are now a lot higher in price! Not good!

My parcel went missing 3 weeks ago, despite verifying with EVRI that the parcel has gone missing and saying that they would process a refund once this was verified, there has been no further action on this case.

I called customer service to ask how I do an exchange ( you cant, you have to buy a new pair, return the old ones the call them to ask for a refund for the difference as I have a new customer discount code).

My items got delivered to the wrong address, 4 hours away from my address, I’ve contacted them 5 times now to rectify this and all they can say is they cannot refund me due to their protocols.

I'm a little regretful I placed my first order with this company 5 days ago and yes you guessed it, no sign of goods or communication. Customer service is awful. First and last Simply Be. Let's hope it fits if it ever arrives, cannot wait for the return and refund process!

Have been told twice I would receive my refund by a selected day - hasn’t come, rang the customer services who said it’s going to investigate this and will be a minimum of 3-5 working days before this is even investigated and about 14 days for a full refund.

Shambolic mess up which has waisted 2 weeks of my time, money and effort. Customer service is an absolute joke, I wish I had read these reviews earlier.
My complaint is still not resolved as I am still waiting for my refund and £5.99 for express delivery for an item I ordered 2 weeks ago. As for an apology I was offered 10% off my next order, what an insult! Simply sh!t

Ordered my item on the 28th October and have been trying to ask Simply Be to help me with my parcel. Have not not received it. Now I have to go have a refund form sent to me, I have to print it sign it and send back and what 2 weeks for my money. All I want is to re-order it with the money I have already spent as in re-send it.
