“ Items ordered and returned in December 2019, sent back to me 18 months later with a letter saying they were returned outside the 28 day returns time. Decision is final, cannot be appealed. I haven't used them in 12 months because of poor account management. Missing deliveries, paying extra for fast delivery that doesn't arrive. Would not recommend to anyone. ”
