Horrendous service. I am still waiting for a refund of an order I placed in May. Phone calls and emails unanswered. When I finally got through I was told the manager had said I should put a dispute through my bank because he wasn’t interested in refunding. Bank dispute still going through. Absolutely horrible people. AVOID.

The canvas warped within a couple of days of hanging it. Customer services were very helpful in suggesting ways of remedying it but to no avail. Just basically badly made with splintered joints. Loved the picture but so disappointed as already arranged my decor around it. I have been promised a refund but would have preferred a better quality item.
The customer services however were very good and responded very quickly

Overall its poor quality products and grossly overpriced, the frames are flimsy and bent and I am not happy at all, I would rather have a full refund and go elsewhere.
