Quality of canvas very poor.where its wrapped around it doesnt match up Definatly not worth £60 plus the £15 delivery on top. Very dissatisfied customer

Was described as purple, but the flowers in the picture were actually a deep pink colour. I know monitors sometimes show colours differently, but in no way is this purple. Also it was described as a Matt canvas, when in actual fact it is a shiny plastic type material. Very Disappointed, I have to say. It doesn't match the room it was purchased for and it looks very cheap. Certainly not worthy of the £42 paid.

To be honest, it's was the quality, They looked so cheap when I took them out of the box - essentially they are just a large piece of paper nailed onto some cheap wood. On the website it looks like real canvas and the photos like they have some depth, but they are just flat and sort have a sheen as even the photocopy paper was cheap too. I was too disappointed even to pack the up and return them.

Delivery yesterday and feel that the finish on one of the canvas is very poorly finished looks lumpy at the side

I have now placed 3 orders, received order numbers and confirmation emails to find the order has not gone through. Yet I get an email a few days later asking me to review my purchase.

Beautiful picture, perfect colours for my lounge. Unfortunately very poorly made, staples haphazardly put in, not tight between them. Print has been pressed on front so you see the frame all along the top and bottom. To top it all off when we hung it on the wall the actual frame was so badly buckled that it stuck out at the bottom right corner by about an inch. VERY disappointed and definitely NOT worth the money. The fault is not with the carriers because the box came in pristine condition!

The canvas warped within a couple of days of hanging it. Customer services were very helpful in suggesting ways of remedying it but to no avail. Just basically badly made with splintered joints. Loved the picture but so disappointed as already arranged my decor around it. I have been promised a refund but would have preferred a better quality item. The customer services however were very good and responded very quickly

I tried to ring them from 9 am till 10 am and every call said there was no one to answer call ( which is poor ) as I wanted to ask about a different delivery address as I was going away . Due to no response I did not place the order

Canvas was £80 so I expected the construction to be sturdy and well-aligned. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I feel the construction was flimsy and did not line up anywhere near to my wall (which all previous artworks/mirrors have hung flush on). I had to spend a further £8 on materials to hang correctly. On a positive note, the print quality of the canvas was excellent and delivery was 5- star (but I did pay £17.99 for this so would expect excellent service).

Not very happy I was looking forward to receiving my canvasses to put on the wall in my spare room for when my guests arrive. Sadly the wrong canvasses were sent and I am still waiting to hear back regarding replacing them, and not only will they not be here in time now for my guests to see but I expect I will be out of pocket to send the ones they did send me, back to them.

Item received had a minor tear in the canvas. Rather than go through the difficulties of return, I repaired the damage myself and informed Simply Canvas of the issue. Though I made no claim for compensation etc, they failed to even acknowledge my email. Very poor quality control and customer service.
