“This is more than “ going to buy something”. This place it’s an experience, and what a beautiful one!! The help to find what you want, need and what fits your style, needs etc. it’s second to none. I highly recommend Simply for Strings.”

“I cant recommend Simply Strings enough. They had everything i needed at affordable price and when something eneded up being out of stock after ordering they were happy to change to another item. My daughter can not wait till she gets her violin so she can start learning :)”

“I am always amazed how prompt Simply for Strings are when Ive purchased from them, as well I have dealt with quite a few different staff members and they are all very helpful and pleasant. I like the way they pack their goods as well, showing that no matter h small an item is it is all important. Am happy to recommend Simply for Strings to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase anything to do with stringed instruments.”

“I was a little late in getting the gear I needed for my son to start Viola in grade 3. The service I received was exceptional. I did not feel like any of my questions were silly or a waste of time and all the gear was packed up ready for me to collect. So easy. Thanks.”

“Today was my first visit to Simply for Strings. I'm an adult novice, and have been loaned a 'cello for my beginner lessons. Rhys was very professional, but also charming and very helpful. A truly remarkable customer service experience that is so rare these days. Definitely 5 star service indeed.”

“The service was very good. My telephone inquiry was remembered and my issue, ie a possible lighter cello bow was offered. There was no pressure. A wide range was offered for me to find the bow that spoke to me. I narrowed it down to 2 and the salesman played superbly and advised me on the one that he found the most suitable - it was also the cheaper. The after-sales advice was supportive.”

“I've bought from Simply For Strings a few times. Everything always arrives in perfect condition, well packaged, and I'm happy with the prices and the large range available. Absolutely my favourite online shop, it's a shame I don't live close enough to go to the physical shop! My violin teacher also recommended Simply For Strings to me, without knowing I already shopped there!”
