“Delivery time was really poor: I ordered my items (that were listed as in stock) with priority shipping (which the site indicates as within 1 business day) on 11th May - but I did not receive my items until 30th May.”

Hi Rachel, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't receive the usual Simply for Strings experience. We're very sorry the website indicated both items were in stock. You should have received an email update on the 12th of May notifying you of the order processing delay. I can see your order was dispatched on the 19th of May and sent via Express Post which is usually 1 business day transit time. Unfortunately, your parcel was incorrectly sorted by Australia Post and ended up in the Gladstone sorting centre before being redirected to VIC. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and are glad your items finally arrived to you. We appreciate your feedback and I will pass it on to our Warehouse team.
