“Recently I rang the store for advice on purchasing a cello bow and spoke directly to Michael who was generous with his time and able to give his expert opinion and suggest options that would best suit. This helped us to make a confident choice. The bow was delivered within a few days and we were very pleased with the selection.”

“I highly recommend simply for strings. Staff are extremely easy to talk to. They are keen to help in any way and truly value a good connection with customers.
