“I went there to purchase a viola string to put on my son's violin to make it a viola. Anna helped to choose the right string and kindly wire all the strings in tune for my son to use. Very comfortable shopping experience.”

“It is such a lovely shop. I came in on Monday and bought rosin, telling my daughter, 8, who is the violinist how much she would like it. Then her music teacher told us she needed the neck stickers so this was my opportunity to take her. Our sales clerk was so friendly and my daughter said when we left, "She was so nice". We will no doubt be back.”

“I called into Simply for Strings to have some adjustment to my Pirastro Korfker violin shoulder rest. To be assisted by Josh was fabulous. He was enthusiastic about the challenge and adjusted the rest and fitted it many times. I found Josh skilled, patient, exacting,pleasant and fun.”

“Quality in the shop was amazing. I had an amazing worker Nat who took my old violin and turned it into a brand new one with the help of a new string set and bow. I will be back for any of my strings needs!!”

“After a year without a shoulder rest for my 16.5 viola and much discomfort, Imogen patiently tried various models and finally adjusted the one I already owned for a near perfect fit. She also recommended that I should use higher quality strings, which made my viola "sing". Many thanks. Lambert”
