“Sadly, Simply for Strings didn't have the product I wanted (the tigerwood handle) - but one of their workers was prompt in contacting me for a replacement. She was very kind and willing to give me the best replacement.”

“Simply for Strings cares about the quality of the instruments that it sells, and conveys that with how the instruments are presented and described on the website, and then follows it up with a very polished and professional online purchasing experience focussed on doing everything practically possible to ensure a quality instrument arrives in immaculate and immediately playable condition (of course you must tune the instrument first!)”
