“Neeed a quote to add a potential purchase of a 2025 pickup truck. Our agent that assisted has some issues getting the quote due to the year of the truck and the Vin # not yet showing up in the system. He worked through it and provided us with a reasonable quote. Great customer service. We will be looking to change our homeowners insurance with them upon renewal.”

“Alex Bruno was able to get me an excellent quote on auto insurance yesterday-3/19. He was very knowledgeable, polite, easy to talk to. I was skeptical at first, thinking he wouldn't be able to save me much. But he saved me $198 on a 6-mo policy, that's $33 a month. This is a huge savings for me. Thank you Alex!!!”

“I renewed my auto insurance with Travelers with the outstanding help from Deborah Martin, Personal Lines Service Advisor. I was on the verge of switching companies but due to the professional assistance from Deborah Martin, I renewed my policy. She diligently worked out a policy I could afford with the coverages needed. “I set up home and auto insurance and issued payment of >$900 last week then received a request to docusign a contract that contradicts what the agent Brittany told me over the phone. Additionally she said she would resolve first thing tomorrow three days ago and is not responding to my emails. Still waiting on a response and at risk of being uninsured if I don't sign by tomorrow. HORRIBLE SERVICE - SCAM ALERT”

“I was having issues with my auto insurance and I was getting nowhere . We just started with SimplyIOA and I reached out to Jerica Benton and she had my situation resolved and my money back to me by the end of the day .
