“Isa could use help on her attention to detail. The price was great, but the policy had the wrong start date, my name was spelled wrong, and my email address was entered incorrectly. She also did not show a sense of urgency to fix it. He supervisor, tony was awesome. Great job fixing it.”

“I’ve been trying to reach my insurance agent Jonathon Gant through his work number on my contract and his cell he provided. I’m feel like a bait and switch Once I get settled in I will look into switching out since I can’t seem to get a response or get in contact for a question I have. If I were to have a true emergency or claim I and not confident I can get help in future”
