“I failed to understand why a Chapter 13 from 4 or 5 years ago would affect my homeowners insurance policy. The gentleman I spoke with was professional, but I completely and wholeheartedly disagree with a $300 up charge because I had some Financial issues a few years ago.”

“As a senior receiving and reading documents by internet just doesn’t work. Also need to have one agent to speak to regarding questions and help. If I had known I wasn’t speaking directly with the insurance company I would never have changed my insurance company.”
