“They provided me with a great Homeowners insurance that I took the opportunity to get instantly. Taylor advised the documents would be sent to my mortgage company (almost a month in advance) that way there we no issues. Now, a month later I have been notified that my insurance policy expired and due to not having a new insurance policy on file, the mortgage company provided me with a random company that charged me almost $3,000. Now I’m stuck having to fix this, meanwhile I cannot even get an email backs. They were so friendly and nice at first, but once they get their customers they really could care less.”

“Travis was great except for one thing. Three different times he said he would make sure the state of Florida was notified I had insurance and he would notify me it was done. Three times he never did and my license was suspended. Trouble with his direct number and I couldn't get through 9 out of 10 attempts.”
