My experience with IOA has always been excellent! Their customer service is top-notch, and they are always willing to answer questions and discuss any concerns that I may have. Their response time has always been very good, whether by telephone or by email. When I have gone to an office, there has always been someone there who can help with the matter at hand.

I was unable to renew my policy because it was very difficult to access. I put in my policy number and information however, the system did not find it and gave me error messages. I verified my information and it was correct. Also, I called a few times and did not reached anyone. I currently do not have insurance on my home due to the poor system and because could not reach anyone by phone. I feel very disappointed.

Actually, you guys weren't really involved in the renewal other than sending notices. I schedule/pay the premium directly to Progressive on their site. One thing I would recommend is instead of sending me email reminders saying 'Call us, we may be able to find you a better deal' do some research and let me know that you found me a better deal on my insurance and the details. Now that would be what they call WOW servicw.

How can I tell you how my experience was if I am not familiar with SimplyIOA, and I have no idea what I purchased that would ask me how my experience was??? I cannot recommend ANYTHING if I don't know what it is. What a TERRIBLE poll!!!!
