“They called way too many times basically harassing me after I all ready chose a plan and let them know that… first time speaking to an agent went great however and he helped me find a plan right away!”

“Required persistence in several calls. My former agent, Jeanne Chico has left/retired. However, my new agent has been cordial and diligently when thru my requirements. And we were happy to terminate the current insurance, although there was just a difference of approximately $130.00 less and really no impact to our escrow. But there is comfort in honesty.”

“Awful communication. Emailed my agent for weeks with no response only to be told they moved elsewhere in the company. Was sent to a different agent, left a voicemail, never heard back. Policy info is wrong and no one helped after I spoke with multiple people. Don't waste your time.”

“I'm very pleased with using IOA for car insurance coverage. I was able to save a significant amount on my coverage, and the person who helped me was excellent. “The insurance rep is so mcuh easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with all the questions I have. She was able to meet all my needs to be covered on a reasonable price range and I was able to get my auto policy before we're even done talking over the phone. It was avery smooth and quick transition from my old policy to the new one. Thanks!”
