“Actually, you guys weren't really involved in the renewal other than sending notices. I schedule/pay the premium directly to Progressive on their site. One thing I would recommend is instead of sending me email reminders saying 'Call us, we may be able to find you a better deal' do some research and let me know that you found me a better deal on my insurance and the details. Now that would be what they call WOW servicw.”

“this is the best run company and the best employee i ever dealt with i mean it i was at my breaking point trying to get insurance and it was because of their employees they just plain sucked”

“I bought insurance for 2 cars and the bill was 81.49 a month, I get my first bill and now it's $117.49 a month. It's already gone up $35.00 a month. I feel like I've been conned. I have no tickets, accidents or anything on my record. What the F*#k!!!!!!!”
