“The application process was tedious and lengthy. The contract was complex with addendums that the agent had to explain to me after researching them herself. I remain concerned about the carrier due to a low BBB+ rating and the extreme number of negative reviews online. It seems that Frontline has a very poor record for paying claims. My agent Kimberly Saldana was polite, amicable, and helpful. I hope in the event I ever have a claim your agency will help me through the process.”

“Just about all the important matters was unexpectedly accepted in one day. We are so surprisingly and grateful that Edgar has been appointed my husband and I Agent. Edgar and I are on the same page when it comes to getting important matters done expeditously and as of our 4 point Mitigation on 1/31/2023 we will be so elated that we will have the homeowners insurance we have been looking for.”
