“I called Simply IOA to inquire as to why my new roof was still listed as a roof from 2000 and not 2021. I was told they did not receive the wind mitigation that I had done on 3/11/2022. After getting in touch with the inspection company, I was told the report, somehow, did not get sent to Simply IOA. Within minutes the report was emailed to Simply IOA and I received a phone call from Simply IOA explaining they received the report and everything was taken care of and I would receive the discount for a new roof. Very professional and painless.”

“While you have a good portfolio of products, the performance of our agent, Cindy Perry, in the last 6 months has been unacceptable. She states that she has been continuously overwhelmed with work since November 2021. It takes more than a month to get responses to questions posed in emails and then we get answers only after hounding her with phone calls and voicemails. (She does not answer the phone.) I have tried to reach the supervisor for the Marathon office to be assigned another agent to no avail.”

“My husband and I appreciate the professionalism and helpful, friendly service from IOA. Debbie Friss-Pettitt helped us through the hurricane Irma nightmare and has guided us through all our insurance needs. When our friends complain about their insurance companies we recommend that they switch to IOA. We have problems with our mail because we move around a lot throughout the year. Being able to call IOA and pay our bills over the phone saves us the worry that our mail might not get to us.”

“I worked primarily with Alda to cancel the Citizens policy on the house I sold and bind coverage on the house I purchased. Although she apparently had too much work to answer my calls the same day, when we did talk by phone, she was very helpful, friendly and obviously knowledgeable.”
