“We tried over 20 Insurance companies to help us to get Home owners to get our Loan. IOA insurance finally came on board and helped get everything done quickly so we could close on time. And their price was better than anyone else, as well as gave us good coverage.”

“Nicholas Perez was mt agent. He was very well-spoken and very intelligible and answered all of my questions in plain English. He was very quick. I'm 52 yrs old and this is the best experience I have ever had with an agent. He was very prompt and to the point in a well-spoken manner. Also, I received a little more coverage than I did at my current company and I saved a little over $300.”

“I've never used an Insurance Broker before as I have always communicated directly with the Carrier I wanted to purchase a "bundle" package, i.e. Home and Auto coverage. I first had to deal with the Auto salesperson, as he stated he couldn't sale Home Insurance but would get me over to the person who could after we completed the Auto portion. I wanted to make sure I could bundle but what would happen if the Home policy was too much. After completing the Auto policy purchase was sent over to the Home Insurance and yes, as afraid, the Home Insurance was way too much, therefore I couldn't bundle and get the discounted rate. I'm still looking for Home Insurance coverage! Will never utilize an Insurance Brokerage Company again and I caution anybody who is thinking about it to rethink more than once. Very disappointed!!!!!”

“The initial experience with the sales agent was excellent but the follow up and signing of documents was 2nd rate. I've signed documents using DocuSign as well as printing out and faxing docs and now it seems if they want more of the same docs mailed and all the while they have already debited my bank account the 6 month premium! Not acceptable!”
