“Multiple delays and cancelled policies due to clerical errors in the paperwork. Lender institution and address were incorrect, resulting in a delay in closing and an increase in closing costs of $855. I effectively paid 50% more for the policy due to these extra costs. I was also overcharged by $100. The first policy that was later cancelled was paid in full up front. After it was cancelled, the new policy was $100 less expensive and I was promised a refund of the difference but have not received it.”

“Edgardo Melendez was able to keep me with my current insurance company Progressive and save me a substantial amount from the existing cost I was paying. He was more than helpful and addressed every question and concern I had without haste and without any problems. He was very professional and on point.”
