“Sonja Garcia was great. The only thing I didn't like was she said she wouldn't with draw my premium until my policy was active but she with drew the money right away.”

“Kimberly Saldana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, friendly, and amazing. 10/10 because of her. She completed my quote within 15-20 mins but I was not ready to commit until two days later. Sure my rate went up $4 but because of her and all of her patience, it didn't matter to me. I recommend Simply IOA to help you with your insurance needs especially if you are looking for the best quotes. My quote fit my needs perfectly. Once I was ready to make the change, Kimberly was there for me. It wasn't like talking to a salesman. She cares and it shows. Kimberly - you go girl!!”

“Sonia is a great agent. She worked hard to find me insurance at a lesser price then other companies had quoted me. My only complaint is that Sonia said the money wouldn't be taken out of my account until my policy went into effect and she took it out the same day.”

“A 110% increase in the cost of my annual premium for my home insurance sent us shopping. Online, I found an advertisement informing me that they could save me insurance cost over my present insurer. With skepticism, I made the call and spoke with a well-informed insurance broker and told my story about the large increase in my renewal premium for my insurance renewal. The initial quotation, from a different insurance company, was calculated and I was disappointed that it wasn't lower than what I presently had. I expressed my disappointment and told her two hurricanes passed over my home and I didn't make a claim for the damages. I simply made the necessary repairs and paid the cost myself. She then took out a sharp pencil and asked me a series of questions about the construction of our home and the safety features of our home. Each answer and an agreement to get a-new wind mitigation dropped the premium cost. The broker even recommended someone for the wind mitigation inspection. I got the inspection, sent it to the broker and got back a quotation that was only 18% over my last year's premium! Simply IOA took the sting out of buying home insurance. The person I dealt with was very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and patience. I am recommending this brokerage to my family and friends for at least contacting them to see what the can offer them in insurance cost savings.”

“Russ Dittman was very responsive and helpful while I was shopping around for quotes. He got us quoted very quickly and efficiently and even provided recommendations for home inspectors that I would need to solidify my policy.
