About Simply LED:

Our mission is a simple one: to make it easy for you to find high quality, low cost LED light bulbs.

Buying light bulbs can be a complicated business at the best of times, but it need not be. Our team has over fifty years of experience in the lighting industry, so who better to help you find what you’re looking for? If you have any questions about LED lighting, we can answer them.

We’ve always believed that high quality doesn’t have to mean high prices, so we are passionate about offering good, reliable LED light bulbs that don’t cost the earth.

We source all of our lighting ranges from reputable factories, and every product has to be up to our strict standards to go on sale on our site. If we don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

My order arrived promptly - unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size bulbs. A swift and friendly exchange of emails and I returned the bulbs for a full refund, again received promptly. I have now ordered the correct size...

Didn't receive the goods due to problems with FedEx. Simplyled where excellent in dealing with the problem and gave a full refund even though it was out of there hands. Excellent customer service.

In my case I returned some goods for a refund and didn't receive any email acknowledgement of receipt of the goods or the refund being processed.

Bought 10 LED Gu10s 15 months ago, not one has blown, they are used every day as well. Tried getting some cheaper from amazon, within a month 60% had failed, got a full refund from amazon, then bought some more from SimplyLed.
