Buying light bulbs can be a complicated business at the best of times, but it need not be. Our team has over fifty years of experience in the lighting industry, so who better to help you find what you’re looking for? If you have any questions about LED lighting, we can answer them.

We’ve always believed that high quality doesn’t have to mean high prices, so we are passionate about offering good, reliable LED light bulbs that don’t cost the earth.

We source all of our lighting ranges from reputable factories, and every product has to be up to our strict standards to go on sale on our site. If we don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

Ordered a ceiling light which was shown on the website as Taupe. Received a brown light fitting which was completely different to the picture shown on the outside of the box and the website (also damaged). Returned this and asked for the taupe one to be sent. A week later I received the same light fitting in a box which showed the completely different colour AGAIN. Emailed the company and they said the item is described wrong on the website. Now have to return this one and await a refund. Would not use this company again or recommend to friends or family

This product is useless. It failed to come on when it should and then came on when it shouldn't. It has now stopped working completely. I am returning it.

Paid for next delivery delivery item arrived on day 4 ????? Odd set up customer service wasn't interested item was good but delivery absolutely rubbish

These light tubes may require an electrican to rewire your light fittings to get them to work. Extra time and cost. Not a direct replacement for flurescents. Website does not seem to make this clear before purchase.

Absolutely terrible. Lost my order, stopped answering any correspondence and just ignore me. Avoid these like the plague!! If you need bulbs, LIGHTBULBS DIRECT are fabulous and a good 30% cheaper ...

Ordered and paid for 2 lights. Money came out of my account and got confirmation email with an order number attached to say order and payment. Still waiting on lights to arrive. Emailed the company twice asking if my lights were ever dispatched but yet to receive a reply.

Unfortunately I have had two deliveries, the first arrived broken, then the replacement arrived broken. I can't fault their efforts to fix but either their packaging team are not doing a great job in securing the package or the courier service is poor. Sorry but haven't had my product yet

Ordered 1 bulb and days later I got a refund with no explaination. I emailed asking why it was refunded and got a reply saying they were short staffed and were just getting round to emailing people. I checked the site the bulbs were still showing in stock
