About Simply LED:

Our mission is a simple one: to make it easy for you to find high quality, low cost LED light bulbs.

Buying light bulbs can be a complicated business at the best of times, but it need not be. Our team has over fifty years of experience in the lighting industry, so who better to help you find what you’re looking for? If you have any questions about LED lighting, we can answer them.

We’ve always believed that high quality doesn’t have to mean high prices, so we are passionate about offering good, reliable LED light bulbs that don’t cost the earth.

We source all of our lighting ranges from reputable factories, and every product has to be up to our strict standards to go on sale on our site. If we don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

“The delivery time was a little longer than I had hoped for, but it was via Royal Mail, well-packaged, and delivered within the claimed time-window. The product is first class. The bathroom light fitting is much more robust than the plastic one it replaces; the connection void is made of ceramic material - as is the bulb-holder - making the whole assembly much more heat-resistant. It is an ES bulb-holder - this was not communicated in the publicity. The installation instructions insist that only the supplied connector and wire should be housed in the void above the lamp AND THAT ALL OTHER CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE MADE IN THE CEILING VOID. This is not a desirable practice, really, unless a proper joint-box is used (which would mean widening the ceiling penetration or lifting flooring above. Concealed joint-boxes ar generally discouraged (unless compressed-metal connectors are used). The installer, if competent, will probably use his/her discretion.”

“Good prices and range of products, slight issue with delivery, but this was sorted, mainly due to Xmas shutdown, but were very flexible in arrange a delay for delivery, as I was away,when originally out for delivery. Would I use SimplyLed again? Absolutely!!!!!!”

“I found what I was looking for easily and the check out process strightforward. Light bulb arrived in a jiffy bag with the blub packaging damaged. Bulb still works, but maybe not the best method to use!”

“Delivery was free and prompt, The packaging was comprehensive and secure - obviously very important for the transportation of fragile goods such as mirrors, The goods arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. The only complaint I would make is that I was intending to hang the mirror in landscape orientation and upon receipt it appears that I cannot do this - only portrait mode is possible. I think that this should have been made clear on the website so that I could have selected another mirror and avoided the situation in which I now find myself.”
