“I'm very pleased with these shutters They speak for themselves. They're everything I wanted them to be. Elegant, easy to clean and most of all very cost effective compare to other companies. I have referred them to all my friends &like I said they speak for themselves. My guests come in " wow who made these" well simply shutters of course, right Dawn? 😆”

“The person who came to measure was professional and very nice- they were transparent on how long it would take- they came in and installed and I am loving my home everyday - reminds me of the islands- it fives such a beautiful "finish- inside and out. My only frustration was navigating the website to check on progress- but they say they have revamped their website! I love them!”

“I have purchased several shutters from this company and every time there were long lead times. I was extremely patient every time. However, the last installation took place in June of this year and the shutter was hung too high off the ground. The issue was reported to the company right away and as of today, the issue has not been resolved. I have called and texted several times and they finally sent someone out on Tuesday this week only to say the same thing the installers said that a repair job needed to be done. I was promised a discount for future orders, only to be taken back by the manager. I feel that they took my money and abandoned the job with no quality control.”

The job was done perfectly so when I purchased my new condo there was no one I’d consider to do my shutters other than Simply Shutters. “Only reason I didn't rate Simply Shutters a "5" is because the masterbedroom shutter was wrong size and had to wait for the re-ordered one to arrive. Love the shutters. Love the price. Staff was wonderful in helping us get one of the shutters down and back up when we needed work on one of our windows. Highly recommend the product. Mary S.”
