“1- Missing shutters on the two bathroom windows. 2- We received the wrong order for the master bedroom window, it took more than six months to get the replacement, then found out they duplicate the shower windows instead of ordering my master T post window 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3- Sorry to say this, but it was a terrible experience. 4- Communication (Not good )”

“When I purchased my home in Melbourne, I contacted several companies about plantation shutters. After I met the rep from Simply Shutters, I placed my order for shutters throughout my home. Although there was a wait, when the shutters came, they were above my expectations. Great quality and price. Installation was excellent. Later when I put glass in my front door, Simply Shutters came and installed shutters on my door. I would highly recommend them.”

“Best price and Best Prices Ever. I had my entire home done. The best price I had received from all other companies was 13K. Simply Shutters did same job for 6800. I had to wait about 12 weeks, but it was worth the wait. Installers were friendly and very professional. Dawn was also awesome to deal with.”

“I ordered shutters at the beginning of 2020 during the pandemic, so there was some delay in receiving order as expected. The shutters arrived after several months, installed by some very professional, kind understanding men, and they look Fabulous.
