“Excellent experience. Yes it took a long time (10 weeks) and I could not use a credit card but the shutters look awesome. Brian my installer was such a nice person. I am finishing the rest of my windows with this company.”

“We really like the look of the shutters. They are easy to clean, and look great. The only issue we had was when the person measured, they either measured incorrectly, or wrote it down wrong and one of the shutters was the wrong size for the window. It took us almost 6 weeks to get the original order, then one was wrong. The installer said that they could take it and cut it, and come back out a few days later and reinstall it. That was a lie. I contacted the company after a week had passed, and not only could they not cut it down to fit, but they had to order another shutter entirely, (which they didn’t do until I called) and it would be another 6 weeks. And I was told that “other orders were before mine, and there was no way to expedite it”. I feel like my order should of been a priority, and should of been expedited since it was measured incorrectly, and then I was lied to by the original installer.”

“Everything was great.. the only thing I would say you guys should work on is more communication about the status.. I never got any updates of my order and had to call myself and they were very late past the time I was quoted and I never got any notification on that I had to check myself the whole time”

“What a great experience! From the moment we called to inquire about using simply shutters we have been so pleased. They were able to book us a consultation right away, the shutters were custom fit based on our preferences and when the were ready to be installed, the installers were in and out in a very timely fashion. Not to mention, everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. We LOVE our shutters, the service was remarkable and of course you can’t beat the price! Thank you, Simply Shutters!”
