“We have always experienced great satisfaction with customer service and especially the representatives who came to our house to measure and also install. The shutters are beautiful and and function well. Although we have had to wait longer for orders to arrive the last year or so, the delays are understandable.”

“We had our entire house done and I can certainly say this company has true professionals in every way. Their followup and follow through with the order was great even with COVID. In the past I have used other companies at both of my homes and this crew was wonderful. Timely, neat, courteous and basically knew exactly what they were doing, sharing the install information with us as they moved through the house. They showed us how to operate the shutters and gave us info on how to reach out with any questions, or concerns. Excellent!! (and I am extremely picky). I plan on using them again in the very near future.”

“We are so pleased with our new shutters. The first room we had done was our sunroom. It was not an easy install, however, the team at Simply Shutters went over our options and helped us choose the best one. They look absolutely beautiful. It has been two years and these shutters look brand new. Last December we had the rest of our home done and wow, our windows look spectacular. We had really plain window casings without moldings, and these shutters make it look like we had new windows installed. They are easy to clean, open and provide privacy. The pricepoint is excellent. We did shop around. The staff is professional from the first phone call to the installers. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Simply Shutters, and we hope that your company will continue to provide the community with your outstanding product.”

“The sales people were very friendly and so were the installers. It took a lot longer (several months) than they said. They told me that they were back ordered, which I’m sure was the case. The sales people said the installers could easily install the door knob that I needed to trade out because of the shatters. No, the installers do not or they weren’t in the know of this. They did it but they hadn’t planned to and they could not do the one I bought. I had to make a special trip to Home Depot. Just know to get this done way beforehand.”

Let me say right now these shutters are the best ever, installed very professional, price exceptional! People at this company are so professional, caring and kept us informed all the way!!!! “Installation of our shutters was stalled due to Covid , after months of waiting, they were finally installed. We had a problem with one set of shutters afterward, it again took a while to get them back over here. They are fixed and shutters seem to be ok. They look great !”
