“The travel clock arrived, the post man did not ring the bell so I had to walk to the post office the next morning to sign for it, I assembled the battery, the second hand did not move, the light came on and the alarm rang but no clock movement - not fit for purpose and i go away in 8 days time. I packed it all up, used first class post to return so i just trust Sinclairs will test the replacement before dispatching it to me uin the coming week; Saturday 19th is the dead line to receive and refund of my postage too?”

“I ordered an Edge Sculpture online to be delivered the day after for a gift. Unfortunately it had been sold in the store and not taken offline. Hazel rang me the day after to apologise and to say one would be delivered the week after.
