“Sinclairs actually didnt make me happy!
I registered and was given a code for a 10% discount on my first order.
That code didnt work.
I ended up paying the full price. I also wanted gift wrapping and a next day delivery service.
I didnt receive the parcell until 2 days later!
I am not happy. I would like a refund of the additional postage paid please.”

We are sorry to hear your experience with the Sinclairs Jewellers website was not as you expected. As per our terms and conditions we have a 3pm cutoff time for next day delivery. As your order was placed after that time the order would therefore not have been dispatched until the following day. With regards to the discount offer we are not aware of any such offer and therefore we will investigate this further and contact you directly by email. We hope that you were pleased with the item ordered and this unfortunate experience does not put you off shopping with Sinclairs again in the future.

“They phoned me to say the watch had been advertised wrong! The strap was black and not brown as advertised and offered my a refund. I said I was still happy to have the watch. I was grateful they checked before sending it out by post. A big thank you to the lady that phoned me.”
